Our team

MindCareConnect (MCC) was founded by Sydney Harris and Parker LaCombe after years of watching critical decisions about behavioral health systems being made without the people most impacted at the table. We built MCC because we knew things had to change — lived experience deserves real power in shaping services, environments, and policies. Together, we bring the combined expertise of behavioral health operations, co-design, lived experience leadership, and built-environment strategy to help organizations create systems that are humane, trauma-informed, and grounded in the voices of the people they serve. MCC exists to make sure those voices aren’t just heard — they’re centered, respected, and driving the transformation our field has been waiting for.
